Shipping Methods
MASAHIROMARUYAMA online store delivers parcels all over the world via FedEx Express. All orders are processed within 48 hours. However, orders made on weekend or during Japanese holidays* might experience a slight delay. Most items arrive to your door within 7 to 15 business days after receipt of your order; however, this shipping windows are estimated and the durations cannot be guaranteed. MASAHIROMARUYAMA online store will not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of us. Covid-19 may delay delivery.
Shipping Costs
MASAHIROMARUYAMA online store charges flat-rate shipping cost of $30.00 for each order. This price is converted and displayed in the currency your selected. The currency rate that is used is always the rate at the time of the transaction.
In case that customer refuses the delivery of the parcel for any reason, shipping costs and any fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded. Once orders are sent, order cancellation and/or change of delivery address are no longer possible. Please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Customers will receive an email with a tracking number (AWB) when the order is dispatched. To monitor the delivery status, customers may visit DHL official website (http://www.dhl.com/en.html) and insert the given AWB number in the specific area “Track Your Shipment”.
*Some Japanese public holidays combine with the weekends and it creates a long weekend. It might creates 3-4 days of service delay. Also, please expect more than 7 days of service delay during these periods of time; end of December to early January for winter holidays, end of April to early May for spring holidays, and a week in the middle of August for summer holidays.
